By starting a session with the Skopio Telegram bot or visiting this website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Skopio is an aggregator of publicly available information and disclosed breach data, delivered as a Telegram bot. Results are best-effort and provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or freshness of any individual data source.
Informational use only
Output from Skopio is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. It must not be used as the sole basis for any decision regulated by law — for example, employment screening (FCRA in the US), credit decisions, tenant screening, insurance underwriting, or any decision a regulated profession (lawyer, doctor, licensed investigator) is required to take from accredited sources.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use Skopio to: stalk, harass, threaten, defame, or dox anyone; commit identity theft or fraud; violate the law of your jurisdiction; circumvent rate limits or terms of any third-party service; resell, redistribute, or rebrand the data we deliver; build a competing aggregator using our output as a feed.
Account and access
Your Telegram user ID is your account. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Payments and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you selected at checkout. You can cancel at any time inside the bot — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not available. Once a lookup has been processed our costs are incurred and the result is delivered; we do not issue refunds for processed lookups, expired subscriptions, accidental purchases, or unused balance. By starting a subscription you explicitly waive any statutory cooling-off right that would otherwise apply, to the extent permitted by law.
No warranty
The service is provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be returned. Data sources may be unavailable, stale, or inaccurate at any moment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skopio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Intellectual property
The Skopio brand, website, and bot are our property. Underlying data may belong to its respective publishers. You may use the data delivered to you for your own internal informational purposes only.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time by sending /forget to the bot.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where Skopio is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
